	2011-2012 Yearbook BCS Publications is proud to kick off the sale of the 2011-2012 Birmingham Covington Yearbook. Yearbook Advisors: Jeanne Jacobs and Michelle Snyder We did sell out last year. Pre-ordering is the only way to ensure that your student will receive a yearbook. Yearbook Flier Ways to Order The pricing and deadlines for yearbook orders are as follows (all prices include tax): Order online at Jostens by November 18, 2011: $35 after November 18, 2012 and before January 27, 2012: $40 after January 27, 2012: $45 Return completed Yearbook Order Form and a check made out to "Birmingham Covington School" to the office by January 27, 2012: $40 after January 27, 2012: $45 Purchase at school (if available) in June: $45
	Place a Personal Ad in the Yearbook! We will be selling student ads in the BCS yearbook. You can now purchase your ad directly from Jostens using a credit or debit card. If you prefer to purchase using cash or check, please fill out an order form and turn in with a photo CD and payment (check made out to "Birmingham Covington School"). The deadline to place a personal ad in the 2012 yearbook is January 22, 2012. Photos must submitted on CD or uploaded (see instructions below). Yearbook Ad Order Form coming soon!
	Get Your Pictures in the Yearbook! The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want to have. Here is how you can submit photos online: It's that easy! Submit your photos today! The last day to submit photos is tbd. The Yearbook Staff will review all photos and determine final yearbook content. We cannot guarantee that all submissions can be used in the book.
	Spring Picture Day - Wednesday, April 11, 2012 All BCS students are invited to take a Spring picture on picture day. Spring pictures are different from Fall pictures because there are sixteen awesome and fun green screen backgrounds to choose from. It is a terrific chance to show off your child’s personality. School appropriate props are also welcome! Please avoid wearing bright shades of green as it interferes with the green screen technology. Only students who have ordered online or who have a completed order form in hand will be photographed. Extra forms are available in the office. Check out the various backgrounds on the website, www.schoolpictures.com and place your order online by midnight, March 26, the BCS school code is AA0201.
